Sherry Bankhead Speaks at Texas Association of Defense Counsel

Sherry Bankhead, one of Johnson Trent's partners, was a featured speaker at the Texas Association of Defense Counsel 2008 Winter Seminar.  She spoke on "Effect of the 2003 Revisions to the Texas Statutes on Products Liability with Respect to the Duties of a Manufacturer to Indemnify Innocent Sellers and Retailers."
