In October 2008, Partner Rafe Taylor was a featured speaker in Chicago at  the American Conference Institute's Premier Forum on Defending and Managing Automotive Product Liability Litigation.  The presentation was entitled "Venue, Venue, Venue: The Best and Worst Jurisdictions for the Defense and the Thorny Issues Involving Accidents on Foreign Soil That Are Litigated in the U.S."
