PROFILE

Ruth Brenton has been a licensed attorney in Texas since 1998.  She graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1998 near the top 10% of her class.  Ms. Brenton worked in the Houston offices of several regional full-service business law firms, focusing her practice in complex commercial, environmental, tort law, and oil and gas matters.  Ms. Brenton’s practice focuses on written work product and intensive legal analysis, such as motion practice in the trial courts and briefing in the courts of appeal.  Ms. Brenton also holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology from George Mason University, a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Finance and International Business from the University of Texas at Austin.
