Mark deTranaltes, Jr. is an experienced attorney with a proven track record in civil litigation. Throughout his legal career, Mark has developed significant expertise managing complex cases, successfully negotiating settlements, and trying numerous cases to successful jury verdicts.

 

With a background in political science and philosophy from Texas Tech University, Mark brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to his practice. Prior to joining Trent & Taylor L.L.P., Mr. deTranaltes developed extensive experience working both in-house and as outside counsel for multiple major insurance companies and their insureds, defending first-party and third-party personal injury lawsuits, and successfully resolving cases both in and outside of the courtroom.

 

As a former Casenotes & Comments Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law, Mark’s dedication to the legal profession extends beyond the courtroom, where he mentored emerging lawyers and contributed to the development of critical legal scholarship.
