PROFILE
Erin Lockshin represents clients in all areas of civil litigation, primarily construction defect, premises liability, personal injury, and commercial liability. Prior to joining Trent & Taylor L.L.P., Erin worked for prominent defense and plaintiff firms where she successfully represented individuals and companies in disputes involving personal injury, premises liability, wrongful-death, medical malpractice, construction defect, FELA and other general liability matters. Erin has also worked for in-house counsel for a major insurance carrier.
Erin received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Mills College in Oakland, California. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Whittier Law School and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2016. During law school, Erin clerked for an international law firm focusing on commercial contract disputes. Erin gained valuable research and writing experience as a member of the Whittier Journal of Child & Family Advocacy. She was also a Merit Scholarship recipient.
